When my husband and I flew to NYC to be married in 1995, we spent a portion of our honeymoon tracking down places where Louise and Jack had lived, including an overnight stay in Croton-on-Hudson. I always think of them when I'm in Portland in these parts. Also, she attended the University of Nevada, Reno, where I went to college decades later.
